As part of the writing of our book (Enquiring History: Italian Unification 1815-1871
£) I’ve been looking into how teachers, and historians, use cartoons. I’m blogging about this for AS students on the Italy Podcast site, and I thought I’d share the links I used.
Just a quick post to publicise Dave Martin’s excellent blog, which I was reminded of today after I promised a parent that I would recommend some historical fiction for their son’s class. The site is really helpful. Not only does it contain lists of books, grouped by period, it has suggestions of things to do, and links to further professional and research reading.
